I will only stay here when I’m in the South Bay! Staying in a hotel near the airport and a ways away from downtown San Jose has huge advantages! Airport shuttle is great. I’m so glad I read the well deserved excellent reviews! They literally have everything here and you’re paying a half to a third of what you’d pay at a more mediocre South Bay hotel! The breakfast , pool and staff are excellent. Early check in and late check out were a breeze. My fiancée and I were able to use the lobby facilities and store our luggage until our ride picked us up. We stayed twice , booking ending our week in Monterey and each stay was excellent.

They gave us a little bag at check-in with cookies and a bottle of water. We had to return a rental car and receptionist was incredibly helpful with arranging our transportation back to the hotel from the airport. Had wings at the hotel's bar and they were the best we've ever had! Bed was very comfy and we loved the couch in the sitting area. Location is very quiet. Shuttle to the airport in the morning let us go a little earlier.

Overall check in was very easy, girl at the front desk was friendly, property was easy to find. Parking was easy to find as well. The room was very spacious and clean, had a room at the end of the hall with a great view. My stay was overall a great experience. Bed was comfy, hotel was very quiet, the bar was nice to go and have a drink at and the breakfast was great! Will definitely stay here again when Im in the San Jose area.

Really good breakfast and the cook, Tina , was really nice and friendly and lots of choices for breakfast .. it’s the best we had compared to other hotels we stayed in.. and the front desk was really nice also.. and the service is really exceptional as when we asked for new towels.. they deliver it right away not even 5 mins they are already there knocking on the door.. best customer service ever!!!
